Lake of Life

Lake of Life is a small family business based in a countryside village in the Northern Thai Province of Phayao. The brand is named after Phayao's freshwater lake, the largest in the Northern Region, and popular with visitors.

Founder of Lake of Life Alisa Phayaktree, her family and village artisans create the gorgeous basket bags you see in this collection using traditional weaving techniques. The bags are handcrafted individually from sustainable water hyacinth.
