STORE RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND CREDITS POLICY
We are committed to providing you with a worry free online shopping experience.
We reiterate here thought that the majority of the items in this store are handmade making them as unique as the person who made them. Consequently there may be slight variations when you compare your received item to that which is shown on this store. Please keep this in mind when considering requesting a refund, exchange or credit.
Change of Mind
If you change your mind on a purchased item, you will have 30 Calendar days from the receipt of your order to return the purchased item.
You will be given a store credit to the same value once the item has been returned back to us. (Please refer to Refund Section)
Store Credits last one year from the date of issue. On the use of the store credit, associated delivery charges will still be applicable.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you have received your purchase and it has not been returned, we unfortunately can’t offer you a store credit or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. All refunds are issued via the original payment method, no exceptions.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Process for returning Purchased Items on which you have changed your mind is as follows

Any shipping costs incurred will not be refunded. Please ensure that you use a trackable or signed for delivery service such as registered post as we cannot credit your account until the item has been received and inspected
Damaged or Faulty Goods
If the item you have purchased arrives and is Faulty or Damaged, we will replace or refund the item within 30 days of receipt of the item.
If in Australia, the cost of return shipping on Faulty or Damaged goods is complimentary.
To return an item, please follow the following steps outlined below
You will receive an email back confirming the RN to be attached to the returned package. The item with the RN is to be posted to Temples and Markets, Level 15, 9 Hunter St, Sydney 2000 NSW Australia

If you live outside Australia, we are unable to offer you complimentary return shipping at this time. Please send the item for return to Temples and Markets, Level 15, 9 Hunter St, Sydney, 2000 NSW, Australia

If the 30 days has expired since receipt of the item and there is a perceived fault with the purchase, it will be dealt with at the discretion of Temples and Markets. Again contact us at email@example.com
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or Store Credit claim.
If you are approved, then your refund or Store Credit will be processed. If a refund, credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. If a store credit is issued you will receive the paperwork also in a number of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card provider, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next - contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be exchanged for a Store Credit. Unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged for a store credit.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
