    Within Australia

    Orders will normally be despatched within 2 Business Days of receipt of your order. We use Sendle, who communicate with you, the Customer at every stage from Pick up to Delivery.

    Most orders will attract a nominal Shipping charge of $9.95 AUD if sent from our warehouse in Australia to your delivery address in Australia. Sometimes, though rarely, an extra charge may be incurred for certain heavier items or orders shipped in Australia. This will be clearly represented in the product description and a quote for delivery given by email before the order is processed.

    Please allow a normal transit time of 1-7 business days. Within Australia, if you require a speedier delivery time, please send us an email requesting a quote to contactus@templesandmarkets.com.au

    All Delivery times given are estimates based on normal procedural actions.

    We will deliver to the address specified by you when making the order. Title to and risk in the Product will pass to you upon delivery of the product to this place of delivery.

    Sendle do not deliver to PO Boxes so in these cases Australia Post will be used.

    Items Shipped from Country of Origin

    If your purchase is coming direct from the Designer/Artisan based in S.E Asia and is in stock with them, the order will normally be despatched within 2 business days and using their local International Postage Service. In rare circumstances Delivery can take between 2-4 weeks but we will endeavour to keep you updated ad all times. Please advise if you'd prefer a Courier or Express Service instead and we would quote on that cost.

    In the minority of cases the item may be being made to order and coming from overseas thus incurring a longer delivery time of 4-6 weeks. You will be advised by email within 2 days after we have received your order if this is the case. If this occurs and the item has to be specifically made for you, the estimated time of delivery will be provided to you. You will have the option at this stage to cancel the order.

    • On receiving your order, if the item need to be specially made for you, you will be advised by email with an estimated time of delivery and given a chance to cancel the order if you just can’t wait. If we cancel an order we will credit back the full amount charged plus shipping costs charged to the payment choice (no exceptions) used to purchase the item.
    • When the item has been made, an email will be sent advising you of completion and the tracking number for the delivery.

    Delivery Charges for items shipped to Australia from Overseas

    Note: Shipping Charges increase with the value of your purchase.

    $0 - $149.99 Shipping Charge = $25.00

    $150- Shipping Charge = $30.00

    Some items due to their size and weight may incur a different Shipping Charge to that outlined above. This is clearly stated within the product description and there is a contact form within the product descriptions for items affected. The customer will always be given a quote on Shipping Charges and the opportunity to cease the sale in these instances.

    Shipping to outside of Australia

    We are happy to ship worldwide. If you are purchasing items to be delivered to a country other than Australia, additional shipping charges may apply. We use Sendle Courier Service for overseas orders. Sendle communicate with our customer as soon as the order has been fulfilled by us.

    Orders to the value of $149.00AUD attract a shipping cost of $25AUD

    Orders to the value of $150-$199.99 AUD attract a shipping cost of $30AUD

    Orders to the value of $200-$1000.00 attract a shipping cost of $35AUD unless otherwise stated

    In the case of items either bought in bulk or heavy and bulky in size the shipping cost may differ from above and we would expect to communicate directly when this occurs.

    Please note, if you are shipping to an address outside of Australia, the recipient will be responsible for any Duties/Taxes that are incurred by that country’s Customs. 

    Order Cancellations

    This may occur if

    • The item ordered has sold out and we have been advised by the Artisan making the item that they cannot complete the order due to insufficient materials or personal circumstances. A full credit will be issued of the full amount charged plus the shipping charges, to the payment choice used to purchase the item - no exceptions
    • You have cancelled the order as the item needs to be hand made for you and you are unable to wait the advised delivery time. A full credit will be issued of the full amount charged plus the shipping charges, to payment choice used to purchase the item - no exceptions
    • You have cancelled the order after receiving the quote for the Special Item Delivery Charges. For this contingency, no further action is required as no payment was processed.
