                      I was lucky to have encountered Big Smile Homewares when visiting the incredibly creative village of Baan Tawai just outside the main City Centre of Chiang Mai in Thailand.
                      I was actually looking for a completely different showroom but was awestruck by the striking bronze statues and black and gold artwork in the window.

                      I ventured in and it felt like Aladdin’s cave, Thai style. Regal Golds and exotic Bronzes adorn the walls. Buddha statues, Bronze Elephants and Little Yoga Lady Ornaments are displayed on shelves. A gorgeous gallery, and a furniture showroom with its own nearby factory where gorgeous teak furniture is handcrafted, and displayed in beautiful resorts around Thailand.

                      I'm absolutely delighted to bring you Thai Decorative pieces direct from the friends I made at Big Smile, Chiang Mai. 

                      Having been a yoga practitioner for many years I fell in love with the yoga and meditation figures which feature in the collection here.
